Why do you think curiosity is such
an important superpower for kids?
Curiosity makes learning so much
fun. When you're curious, you never
stop learning and that's why I am so
curious! I love learning about new things
every single day. A new vehicle, a new
animal, a new place, there is always
something amazing waiting to be
discovered if you just ask enough
questions. How cool is that?!

BLIPPI HEADS TO LONDON'S WEST
END THIS SUMMER
Round Room Live and Moonbug
Entertainment with MCG Family are
bringing the Be Like Blippi Tour to
London this summer. This brand-new
live experience designed for children
ages 2-7, this all-new show brings
Blippi and his best friend Meekah to life
on stage for an unforgettable, highenergy adventure filled with music,
dancing, and curiosity.
THIS IS LONDON spoke to Blippi
about his upcoming tour.
If you could explore anywhere in
the UK with Meekah for a day,
where would you go first?
We’ve been to SO many amazing
places in the UK. We explored London,
Glasgow, Edinburgh, Hull and they were
all so great! But, I think I'd love to take
Meekah to a big working farm. We'd see
tractors, and maybe even a combine
harvester, so cool! And then we'd feed
the animals! How fun is that?
Which song gets kids dancing the
most during the show?
Oh wow, I know exactly which one.
‘Go Go Go,’ our new single with
Yellowcard! Kids love dancing along to
that song. And of course, The Excavator
Song – kids start jumping on their feet
and digging with their arms. It is the
most amazing thing to see.
Do you still love excavators as
much as ever, or do monster trucks
give them a run for their money
now?
Hmm, that is a TRICKY one!
Excavators will always have a special
place in my heart. They were one of the
first big machines I ever explored. But
I also love monster trucks with giant
wheels, and the big engines. Ahhhh,
I love them both! Don’t make me choose!
If Blippi could invent a brand-new
dance move for the UK tour, what
would it be called?
Ooooh I love this question! I love my
Blippi Wiggle so much. I'm definitely
going to do it on the tour. But oh, how
about this: what if we kick left, kick right,
then throw our arms up like we just
scored a goal? What do you think we
should call that one?
If you and Meekah went on a
mystery adventure in London's
West End, what do you think you’d
discover?
Hmmmm...I think we'd find a secret
underground tunnel! Or maybe even a
hidden Tube station. Did you know
London has secret stations that nobody
uses anymore? How cool is that?!
If you could build your dream
playground, what would have to be
in it?
I would love a real excavator you can
sit in and scoop sand! A giant monster
truck you can climb all over and explore
every single inch of, or a water zone with
sprinklers.
What are Blippi’s three must-have
items for going on tour?
Well, my braces and bow tie,
obviously. Number two, my wonder
watch and my orange glasses, because
every great explorer needs their gear!
And number three, lots and lots of
snacks. I’ve got to make sure I’ve got all
the energy for the singing and the
dancing!
Why is it important for kids to sing,
dance and move around during the
show?
When you sing and dance, you're not
just having fun, you're building strength,
learning rhythm, expressing yourself.
And dancing is something Meekah is so
good at. She’s always inspiring me to
move more and use my movement to
express myself. When you move and
discover things together, with everyone
around you? That's what the show is all
about.
What’s one thing you hope children
talk about all the way home after
seeing the show?
I hope they turn to their mum or dad
and say, 'I want to find out more about
that!' Whether it's excavators or
