TITANIQUE – A THEATRICAL
SPECTACLE
The West End sensation Titaníque
continues its remarkable success story,
with producers Eva Price and Michael
Harrison announcing an extension of the
Olivier Award-winning musical comedy
at London’s Criterion Theatre until
January 2027. Alongside the booking
extension, a host of new cast members
are set to join the production, further
cementing the show’s reputation as one
of the capital’s most entertaining
theatrical experiences
The delightful musical comedy bursts
with nostalgia, non-stop laughs and
killer vocals, featuring all your favourite
Celine Dion hits, including My Heart
Will Go On, All by Myself and To Love
You More, all backed by a sensational
live band.
Stephen Guarino returns as Ruth from
28 July for five weeks, having originated
the role in Los Angeles in 2019, and is
proud to see the cult phenomenon
soaring in London, on Broadway and
across the world.
Since premiering Off-Broadway in
2022, the production has enjoyed
international acclaim, with successful
runs in New York, Paris, Sydney and
Toronto, before making its Broadway
debut in 2026 with four Tony Award
nominations. Celebrated as ‘The West
End’s Funniest Musical’, Titaníque is

ICONIC TALL SHIP NAO VICTORIA
VISITS DOVER MARINA
The Nao Victoria is a stunning replica
of the first ever ship to fully sail the
world. Her arrival at Dover Marina in
August follows the huge success of the
Galeón Andalucía’s visit to the Kent port
in 2025 and symbolises another
extraordinary moment in world history.
The Nao Victoria represents the
greatest adventure in sea navigation: the
first circle around the world in the 16th
century (1519/1522). On 8 September,
1522, 18 men, under the command of
Juan Sebastián Elcano, arrived back in
Seville after more than three years at sea
crossing five oceans to reveal the full
size of Earth.
The initial expedition was originally
made up of five ships and 243 crew
members (‘The Spice Army’), who, under
the command of Ferdinand Magellan,
left Seville, Spain on 10th August 1519.
However, the Nao Victoria was the only
ship to complete the return journey. The
ship due to be on display, mirrored the
same adventure in 2004, becoming the
first replica to sail the globe.

Partnership Manager at the Port of
Dover said: ‘It’s amazing to have another
iconic tall ship coming to the Port for
the second summer in a row. The Galeón
Andalucía was hugely popular with our
local community in
2025, so we are
delighted that they can
be immersed in the
inspiring story of
another piece of
maritime history here
in Dover once again.’
Nao Victoria will be
positioned at Dover
Marina, by the RNLI
lifeboat station, with
public viewing from
21 to 31 August.
K-MUSIC FESTIVAL RETURNS TO
LONDON THIS AUTUMN
K-Music Festival, London's largest
celebration of Korean music and culture,
returns for its 13th edition this
autumn with an ambitious programme
showcasing the depth, diversity and
creativity of Korea's thriving music
scene. Expanding its scope for 2026, the
festival embraces contemporary hip-hop,
art pop and gaming soundtracks
alongside traditional Korean music,
contemporary composition, jazz, postrock, immersive sound art and crosscultural collaboration.
Organised by the Korean Cultural
Centre UK, the festival takes place from
28 September to 23 November across
some of London's most celebrated
venues including Southbank Centre,
Royal Albert Hall, Rich Mix, Jazz Café,
EartH Theatre, Stone Nest and Upstairs
at Ronnie's. While Korean culture
continues to enjoy unprecedented global
popularity, K-Music Festival offers
audiences the opportunity to experience
a broader spectrum of Korea's musical
identity, presenting artists who draw on
centuries-old traditions while pushing
boldly into new creative territory.
The festival also marks its debut at
Ronnie Scott's new Upstairs at Ronnie's
venue with a performance from Baroque
in Blue.
