SIX JAPANESE CAST WEST END
DEBUT
This month, SIX the Musical makes
herstory once again, as the members of
the original Japanese cast take to the
Vaudeville Theatre stage for one week
only – performing the global
phenomenon entirely in Japanese
(with English captions) from Tuesday
4 to Sunday 9 November.
Following sold out seasons in Tokyo,
Osaka and Nagoya earlier this year, the
critically acclaimed Japanese Queens
now bring their celebrated performances
to London, making their West End
debuts.
Original producers Kenny Wax,
Wendy & Andy Barnes and George
Stiles, by special arrangement
with Umeda Arts Theater, the producers
of the Japanese production, have invited
the cast to London following their
acclaimed run in Japan.
To celebrate this landmark moment,
audiences can also take part in two
special cultural experiences.
On Thursday 6 November, Dear Asia will
host a Japanese Language Workshop,
inviting participants to explore the
language and culture of Japan through
the songs of SIX. Fans will have the
chance to learn the lyrics to their
favourite numbers in Japanese, while
also trying their hand at traditional arts
and crafts in this fun and immersive
session suitable for ages 10+.
On Saturday 8 November, acclaimed
illustrator Chie Kutsuwada will lead

29 November, Mayfair Place, connecting
Berkeley Street and Stratton Street, will
once again be transformed into a trafficfree winter wonderland. Guests are
invited to shop, eat, drink and dance
their shoes off at London’s most
glamorous Christmas market.

This year, entry is free with no tickets
required and operates on a first-come,
first-served basis. Open daily from 11.00
until 21.00, visitors can stroll through
the festive delights while the added snow
gently falls around them, encapsulating
them in an immersive winter haven.
The Champagne Ice Bar will be the
perfect place to toast the season, offering
guests a sparkling spot to keep their
holiday spirits high. Throughout the
market, visitors can enjoy live music,
carol singers, and performers, with a
photo booth to capture merry moments.
Novikov’s signature gourmet food
stalls will return, serving caviar bumps
or blinis, oysters and homemade pastas
prepared in a show stopping Parmesan
wheel. Guests can also indulge in the
new Sweet Corner, as well as warming
mulled wine and a range of cocktails.
As evening falls, resident House DJs
Sally & Spencer will take over from
18.00 until 21.00 each night, filling the
air with vibrant beats and transforming
the market into a lively festive party.
This year’s exhibitors include
Lacorine, Skinfiri, Tuscany and Taste,
Melin Collection, Himalayan Pashmina,
Furever London, Blanca Sports, and
Ecozone Lifestyle. Each brings their own
distinct flair, from sustainable fashion
and fine accessories to gourmet treats
and eco-conscious lifestyle products.
